An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. yo99 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administrative fee to dormant account balances following written notice to the registered email address. The applicable fee will be disclosed in the notice. Accounts reduced to a zero balance through inactivity fees may be closed. Players may request voluntary closure of their yo99 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's primary withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification. Bonus funds in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
